Smokes and Snackz aims to pick, pack and dispatch all orders the next working day after they are placed. If your order is placed before 9:00am (GMT) on a weekday, it is likely that it will be dispatched the same working day. The speed of your chosen delivery option does not include our handling times, e.g. if your order is placed on Monday after 9:00am (GMT) with UPS Express (next working day delivery), your order will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday, and then it would be out for delivery on the next working day of service and arrive on Wednesday. Bank holidays and weekends do not qualify for the next day delivery service.
You must inform us via Email or contact form if you have not received your delivery within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will not be able to carry out any investigations regarding your delivery after the advised notification period of 14 days as the courier will only process claims after 1 month of the order being shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for the delays of deliveries due to unforseen circumstances, we also unfortunately cannot accept any liability for heat damages as the effect of adverse weather conditions. Candies may be misshapen or melt in hot weather conditions.
If your order has been damaged or you believe it is missing items you must contact us within 48hours of the parcel being delivered and you must provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and damaged items within 48 hours or we are unable to submit a claim and unable to refund.
Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays or loss of parcels in transit with delivery by UPS outside of our control including Holiday periods or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service. We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.
